Manuel Antonio em 3 dias

Dia 1 - quinta (22/03/2013)

Saímos de La Fortuna  de manhã e pegamos a estrada rumo a Manuel Antônio, uma das praias mais famosas do país,  localizada na costa oeste (Pacífico).  Como o vulcão Poás ( http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vulc%C3%A3o_Po%C3%A1s)  ficava no meio do caminho para MA, decidimos parar lá, mas para isso, viajamos com o pé embaixo, pois sabíamos que o parque fecharia cedo.

Chegamos lá sem GPS (uhul!) e adoramos o que vimos.... lugar extremamente organizado, com visual incrível. Dá uma olhada...

Fizemos uma trilha bem grandinha até, mas valeu a pena. Vimos este lago aí da foto...

Saímos de lá perto da hora do parque fechar (acho que eram umas 15h) e voltamos para a estrada, rumo a Manuel Antônio. Nos perdemos algumas vezes na estrada e pegamos até trânsito, coisa que não esperávamos. A estrada é bem maneira, com visuais muito diferentes.

Chegamos em Manoel Antônio já a noite, morrendo de fome. Encontramos um Subway e foi lá mesmo que jantamos...rs. Ao chegarmos  no Hotel La Colina (http://www.tripadvisor.com.br/Hotel_Review-g309274-d301259-Reviews-Hotel_La_Colina-Manuel_Antonio_National_Park_Province_of_Puntarenas.html) ficamos decepcionados com o quarto. Parecia bem maior e mais limpo no site do hotel. Cheguei a pedir para trocar de quarto para o mocinho da recepção, mas não teve como, porque estava lotado.  Aiai...

Dia 2 - sexta (22/03/2013)

Acordamos e fomos tomar café da manhã no restaurante do hotel. Que surpresa agradável a infra do hotel pela manhã. Tem uma piscina bem bacaninha e o restaurante tem uma vista maneira, com muito verde. Natureza pura, gente... A comida também é ótima. Comemos gallo pinto todos os dias!!! =D

Conversamos com o rapaz da recepção para pegar dicas de passeio e lá fomos nós para o Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio (http://www.manuelantoniopark.com/mapk/default.asp). Paramos o carro em um estacionamento perto da entrada do parque, apesar de terem vagas nas ruas, com muitos flanelinhas. Por um período de tempo, achamos que estávamos no Brasil. =P

Compramos os tickets de entrada e decidimos fazer o passeio por nossa conta mesmo, sem contratar um dos 500 guias que estavam disponíveis.  Começamos a caminhada e para nossa tristeza, vimos muitos turistas andando também. Achei ruim porque o bacana da trilha é observar a vida selvagem (e tem muita!!!), mas com tanta gente fazendo barulho, ficou difícil ver muitos bichanos.

Até conseguimos ver bicho-preguiça, guaxinins, macacos e tucanos, mas imagina aquele lugar vazio...maravilha, hein! A trilha é muito relax, é só uma estrada de terra e nada mais... muitas crianças então, ou seja, no peace. =(  Todos os guias oferecem lunetas para os turistas que os contrataram, pois assim podem ver animais que estão nos topos das árvores. Achei interessante a ideia, mas não acho que valha a pena pagar por isso...enfim.

Nos divertimos uma hora com muitos macacos curiosos que ficavam pulando ao nosso redor, perto do banheiro. Que bichos incríveis...

Finalmente, chegamos a uma praia linda! Super virgem, sem nenhum ambulante ou restaurante. Imagina ela sem tanto turista...perfeição, ow! Ainda mais com a temperatura maravilhosa da água...Aproveitamos tudo o que deu, até que teve uma hora, dentro do mar, que todas as pessoas que estavam no mar começaram a sair correndo em direção a areia. Na hora pensei em TUBARÃO e comecei a correr também, gritando pro Celo sair da água também.

Eis que, o grande problema de toda aquela gente correndo em direção a areia era..... GUAXININS!!!! Aqueles animais lindos e fofos aproveitam que as pessoas estão no mar e vão fuçar as roupas e bolsas que ficaram na areia, a procura de comida. Gracinha né... Depois que me dei conta disso, dei boas risadas!

As pessoas realmente afastam os animais de seus pertences, até jogando areia...coitados. Eu fiquei achando o máximo, desejando que um guaxinim fosse futucar minhas coisas, mas não aconteceu. Fiquei só olhando a situação com outras pessoas.

Paramos para descansar na areia e para tirar algumas fotos. Eis que tivemos várias surpresas agradáveis com animais locais...muitos macacos, iguanas e guaxinins nos fizeram companhia. Eu me senti totalmente na selva! Achei o máximo essa praia.

Quando estava perto da hora de fechar o parque, pegamos a continuação da trilha, dessa vez com menos turistas. Recomendo muito!!! Lugar é incrível com toda a sua natureza...

Depois do parque, paramos em um restaurante bem perto, quase na areia. Não consigo lembrar o nome e nem encontrei no Google, mas fica na praia de Espadilla Sur, bem afastado do tumulto. perto da saída do parque. Não tem erro...a comida é ótimaaaaa e o preço justíssimo! O atendimento também é ótimo e música ambiente também. Recomendo muito!

Saímos de lá no final da tarde, com muita vontade de relaxar na piscina. Foi o que fizemos até irmos dormir.

Dia 3 - sábado  (23/03/2013)

 Acordamos, tomamos café da manhã e fomos conhecer uma mini praia, que havia sido indicada pelo rapaz da recepção. Paramos o carro com um flanelinha e lá fomos nós para a praia ao lado do hotel Parador. Achei nada demais...muito xoxa por sinal. Achamos que íamos conseguir ver peixes com nossas máscaras, mas a água estava bastante turva, talvez por causa de chuvas anteriores (ou não...).

Fomos para a praia Espadilla, a mais badalada, e tentamos relaxar por lá. Meio difícil, porque a praia estava muito cheia, com muitos eventos na areia, ou seja, caos total. Paramos no mesmo restaurante do dia anterior e ficamos relaxando com as cervejas geladas e comidinhas deliciosas. Depois passamos em um mercadinho de artesanatos para comprar souvenirs. Aliás, tem lojinha por todos os lados!

Manuel Antônio tem muita coisa para fazer...tem tirolesa, kitesurf, trilhas, cachoeiras, etc. Como já tínhamos feito um pouco de tudo nos outros lugares da viagem, estávamos na vibe de descansar...

Presenciamos um pôr do sol lindo na volta para o hotel e para curtir o clima, decidimos ficar na piscina relaxando. O dia voou...

Dia 4 - domingo  (24/03/2013)

Acordamos cedo, tomamos o café da manhã correndo e pegamos a estrada rumo a San Jose. Tínhamos que entregar o carro até 12h, porque senão teríamos que pagar outra diária. Que tensão na estrada, hein...ainda mais nas horas que nos perdíamos. Graças a Deus, deu tudo certo e entregamos o carro pontualmente às 12h.

Aproveitamos a van da locadora de carros e pedimos carona até o aeroporto, para fazermos o check in. Despachamos as nossas malas e fomos fazer hora em um cassino que vimos no caminho. Gastamos os últimos colones no cassino e depois fomos comer no Dennys, bem ao lado do cassino, para a nossa alegria! O tempo voou e quando olhamos o relógio, já era hora de voltar para o aeroporto e voar para o Panamá.

Amamos a Costa Rica! É "pura vida" mesmo! Natureza bem perto de você,  pessoas simpáticas e receptivas, que falam espanhol e inglês, estradas excelentes, instalações modernas..parece primeiro mundo, gente! E olha que máximo...país sem exército e que agora decidiu soltar todos os animais que estavam enjaulados em zoos, etc. Estão bem a frente mesmo, né...e detalhe...comida maravilhosa, bem parecida com a nossa, por preços justos! Tem que visitar agora... =P
